Was upset that I wasted money into this especially since I haven’t dropped it nor applies hard pressure but hopefully my next purchase is better.

Each time a controller has stopped working, the right trigger has stopped working. Maybe I have bad luck? 3 controllers breaking with the same problem seems highly suspicious to me. I am only giving this controller 3-stars because I have had to purchase 4!

Crap... doesn't work after 3 months

It frequently does things on its own or just does nothing. I have two controllers that came with the system that still work fine after 4 years, but this one crapped out after barely any time.

Don't buy Controller from Best Buy

This is my 4th controller from Bed Buy I bought one from Micro center. It works perfectly. No charging issue. perfect. Don't buy Controllers from Best Buy
