PS4 controller didn’t last as expected

The problem now is that I don’t know if I will be able to replace it. I have own a PS4 for 3 years now and I the last PS4 controller lasted 2 years.

Good Store - Bad Product from MFG

I usually buy the black one because is the cheapest of them all. Get the extended BestBuy Warranty with this.

Hate DualShock 4

I am a light gamer, but have to buy the controller every year as it either brakes or plastic case starts to make annoying crackly sounds making it feel like you are playing the old stuff from 90s.

Defective

At the highest volume, I can hear quiet muffles of audio but that's it. I've tried resetting it and reinstalling console firmware. Need help but all warranty attempts lead to dead ends.
