    Its cool that they redid the controller and added some new functionality. What sucks is that the controller dies in one day of use. You will need to get an extra one and have one charging the entire time you're using the other. Bit of an annoyance, but still a good new controller.

    There is nothing wrong with this product other than the same problems that plaque all 1st party Sony Controller: they're good for a year or two before the sticks and shoulder buttons die forcing you to buy a new one.

    Item was damaged and used. I contacted best buy and they were no help. I have used best buy for all my electronics and will no longer.
