Blue is not my fav color, but it is all there was.

Bought this as kids need extra controller. Although after few months it had indention from my son's thumb. Took it back they said th his is normal wear tear. Glad we paid for geek squad protection

It caught controller drift way to quickly and it wont stop drifting in many games ive tried everything to fix it. Good purchase at first but in 5 weeks it was messed up

Controller is very efficient and workign very good

Bought this controller so I can play family games with the wife. Had it less then a yr and now won't hold a charge. So for the past yr and a half I just look at it, wounding if I should buy another from bestbuy.

I wish it came with a charge/link cord. For the money it costs it should. I bought a knock off and even it came with one. The R2 button is already acting up, only works at times.

Best buy kept my money and is searching for the package a month later i keep calling daily and they just keep hanging up.

Only had it for 6 months and the down stick its already messing up and going down on its own. Guess I just had a faulty ones because I usually don't have issues with PS controllers.

Controller itself is great, but mine suffered from analog stick drift within the first week, but it was gift and too late to exchange.

Ps4 controllers don’t last as long as they use too. I like how they work however the analog joy sticks wear out if your a serious gamer.

Bought a pre-owned controller a few weeks ago and suddenly the controller stopped working. Another blow was to see that it stopped about 3 days after the last day I could return it

2 months in and it’s not functioning properly, it keeps moving to the left on its own,, tried resetting it and still no good., can’t even return or exchange it anymore smh

$70 controllers that only last 12-18 months before a stick gets wonky or a button and the battery just starts to drain. So now you have an excuse to buy a new shiny pink one

Unfortunately the controller arrived but could not get it to work. It would not charge. Bought a generic one and works fine. So much for Sony quality

Should have bought the protection plan. The left joy stick is already not working. It works when it wants to.

Perhaps it's just me, but the right stick always wears on PS4 controllers so I always have to replace them after about a year of heavy playing NBA2K................. Never had that issue with XBOX controllers

typically Sony creates a quality product however this one that I bought started to become unusable right after it was unreturnable - just my luck thanks bestbuy, should have bought on amazon

Button don’t work brand new…needs to upgrade Quality

The PS$ controller only has one issue to me, and that is the hold of charge. If you play a lot then you will find that they die a lot faster that the PS3 controllers so its a setup... You gotta buy two to just get through one good day of gaming.
