Works for less than a month, then L3 and R34 sticks started having problems. Happens with every ps4 controller we get... Ps4 needs to make better controllers.

Worked well for the 10 months I used it, but one day the battery just stopped accepting a charge. I can only use it through a Micro-USB cable, which isn't ideal. Versus an Xbox One controller, I can say that the shoulder buttons and triggers are much better, but the d-pad is way mushier and doesn't have individual buttons on each direction. Overall, I would say to get the Xbox One controller, because it accepts alkaline/lithium batteries, and they can be easily replaced after they die.

After about 6 months of very limited use the shock feature started going in and out. After about 1yr it’s completely dead of any shock feature, again extremely limited use.

This was my sole Black Friday purchase this year, and it was the least ugly controller color option available. It is identical to my other controllers but I feel the battery life is shorter.

Everything worked fine till yesterday day the l3 button stoped working. Not even 3 months in so going to exchange it today

Had it one month and joystick not working properly. No geek squad open for repairs and manufacturer closed. Can’t get anyone to speak with at best buy or manufacturer.

If I could give it a negative I would. I charged it for a whole day and it wouldn't synch up to my PS4. It's useless and I'm going to be returning it soon.

Must’ve been repackaged because I noticed thumbstick drift issues right away. Wasn’t as bad until I wasn’t able to return anymore, not it’s unbearable

When I first purchased the controller, it worked fine for just first 2 days. After that, both left and right Analogs drifted upward, which really annoyed while in use.

The controller is not the problem but the quality is. If you drop the controller once the controller might be dented or even start malfunctioning.

PS4 controllers can be weird the charging port has gone out at least three times. That's why I've purchased new controller from Best buy.

Bought because I needed another controller , but had to return it cause it wouldn't hold charge long and the r1 kept sticking. Shocked on Sony for putting this out

This controller worked just fine for about 6 months, but then started randomly disconnecting from my PS4. Now, it only stays connected for a few minutes when I turn it on, then disconnects. I'm not sitting far from the system at all. My other (original) controller works fine and has no issues connecting. For a product I spend $65 on, it's frustrating I should have to purchase a new one when it stops working months after purchase (but conveniently after the return window is closed).

This is by far the worst PlayStation product ever made. The controllers are all made so cheap now so that u would spend hundreds if not thousands of dollars. Ugh

The case crack opened 2 weeks after getting it. Not worth 70 dollars

Cheap crappy . Not worth the price. Started giving problems right away. Cheaply made. Not durable.

I don’t know this PS4 controller was poorly made! Sony really shafted me with this one as a back up controller!

This is my first game controller for many years but for me the battery takes way to long to charge and doesn't last that long. I am using it for my 75' 850D Android TV. Pairs easily and works well.

The remotes worked great for about two months. The right stick is now jolting to the left even when you don't move it.
