Controllers stopped operating 1montg after purchase. Returned it to Best Buy but they did not honor the extended warranty that I purchased.

Controller didn’t work to well when I was playing the screen kept drifting

Joystick arrived broken for Christmas for my 10 year old grandson. Very disappointed. Going to exchange for an operable one.

It looks great and is your standard PlayStation controller. My main complaint is that the touchpad stopped working. I opened it up to see if it was the little cord that maybe got loose and actually saw the chip was burnt. So this one was defective and I am too lazy to try and replace it and fill out whatever I have to fill out to have that handled. I should not have to do that though. If it wasn't for the shortage on the touch pad I would have rated this higher.

I bought a new controller. I was sent one that had clearly been opened, used, and was no longer working. Very disappointed.

The left bumper was sticking as soon as I opened it. Definitely not what I expected from a $65 controller.

I love the song controller I must have just gotten a dud. The controller would not keep a charge. Would leave it overnight to charge and would come back and it not be charged at all.

These controllers last about 6 months and then the toggle starts to “drift” automatically. Come on Sony! Get it together!

As I'm wearing out my original PS4 dualshock I need a replacement, so I can keep playing while charging the other, I only wish the battery could last longer, that's something that really bugs me !!

Well opened it no more than a month ago and is not working fine, while using R2 it moves up and to the sides, makes me dizzy. Definitly not good choice.

Price too expensive for it to keep breaking. This like like my 5th controller in 3yrs

Controllers are pricey. I've went through 4 of them since i bought my ps4. The thumbsticks wear out fast. This controller i got and the mic jack dont work.

If you are moving up from PS3 controls are hard to get used to, but I'm sure they will be great once I figure them out. You also have to buy a separate charging station if you ever want to use them wireless-ly.

Had to get this controller after my other controller stopped working a few months in. It's a nice enough controller, but it sucks that they can break from minimal use.

Stock PS4 controller. Needs to have better grip on the joysticks and the large center pad often gets hit when my thumb slips off the joystick which pauses the game and goes to the main PS screen.

Normally Sony and best buy provide great controllers, but this one messed up a few months after I got it. The R2 button didn't work well and I barely use it now.

Bought this controller ahead of time for a Birthday present. My son opened it and it wouldn't work, Best Buy wouldn't take back or exchange the broken merchandise because it was past 15 days.
