Have to come back to a store and return controller no matter what will not connect to console

It won't hold a charge longer then 10 minutes. I used multiple chargers and outlets. I will NEVER buy another sony product ever again.

PS button was not working after 1 month. Not sure how to replace it need to check sony warranty

Thumb controls freeze and stick.making you move even after release of left thumb knob .right thumb knob continues to rotate view

Joy sticks are failing lately and have to dispose of many in as little as three weeks.

Ordered this for my wife. Its ’s not really rose gold, more of a metallic pink. Other than that it’s a ps4 controller so not much to say

The ps4 controller is slightly bigger than the one from the ps3 , has a better finish but feels to me some how bulky. It is visually nice and comfortable for long online sessions.

The description said open box excellent conditions, but the controller buttons didn't work. How can I spent 50 dollars in something that doesn't work properly.

Not a good controller to last even 2 months if you play on average 2 ~hours a day!

It took less than a year to wear out the knobs and one of the toggles became less responsive. Luckily, we buy the warranty and it was replaced by Best Buy!!

I got one previously and it didn't work properly, this is the second and its a different issue. Will try to get other brand compatible to ps4

Worked fine when I bought it then a week later the right joystick started drifting to the left...disappointing

Got this for my son. The first week he had it, it fell off the couch and never worked right again. Poorly made compared to their other controllers.

I have already purchased 8 controllers they all seem to have something different wrong. The battery life is terrible and the size is to small for an adult.

Intermittent L joystick drift. Not sure if it came from factory like this because it was an open-box unit.

The joysticks are poor quality. First appearance and performance are excellent. 30 days in. You're going to feel a bit short changed by Sony. Best Buy did offer the best price and shipping time frame. I would recommend this to a friend simply because the Sony Playstation community is forever growing and needs good sportsmanship players out there in the online multiplayer world. Too many negative debbie downers.

The controller looks cool with the light on the front and feels good in the hands, but the battery doesn't last long. With my Xbox controller I can put in rechargable batteries that last me a few weeks, but I've been using this controller for three days and I've had to charge it twice already. It's annoying to have a wireless controller that you have to keep plugged into the console to keep charged.
