    The 2 stars are not for Best Buy but for Sony for packaging and selling a defective product out of the box. I didn’t open it till 3 months later as it was a back-up from my already wearing controllers so you can imagine my rage when it passed the warranty lol!

    These remotes are just not built to last. This is why I have to get the extended warranty which has been awesome from Best Buy. After extended play they start to drift or my actions are not acknowledged during play. PS needs to step it up and make better remotes
