Only to be notified I had to go through Best Buy . After 3 phone calls to Best Buy, I was finally offered a gift card . Which we bought the v bucks card with. Just buy it virtually and save yourself the headache .

So you end up buying a few controllers and throwing money away.

I’ve no luck with these controllers
