Awesome controller

It's so good that Sony hasn't really changed it much from the original Playstation. It's nice an lightweight and holds a charge for many hours of gameplay. The blue color looks great as well.

After 40 days, Doesn't Hold Charge

It can be covered to the PS4 on rest mode for hours and will not turn on after being unplugged. I bought a red controller for my son and that controller won't even turn on at all. May have something to do with the colors which I can only assume are not made in the same amount of mass production as the standard black controller. Trying to get a hold of Sony's customer service is a nightmare. Get the standard black controller or just avoid all together.

Not what I expected for Sony

Bought this newer version of the DualShock, let’s just say it lasted about a month. Purchase date: 10/21/19, RIP date: 11/27/19. I’m having issues with controller drift, also my D-pad will not function correctly. I’m very disappointed with the quality of this controller. I’ve had the old PS4 controllers for years no issue. Best Buy has a horrible return policy. So I guess I’m taking the loss on this one. Won’t be buying from Best Buy again.

It sticks down and on certain games the screen moves by itself.

Great Controller!

One feature I like about the DualShock 4 controller is when i game at night and everyone else is asleep, my Apple Earpods work perfectly with this controller. I'm only saying this because I get an annoying static noise if I were to plug them in my Xbox controller, so this a plus for me! I would recommend the protection plan through Best Buy as I'm sure this controller will eventually get some wear and tear throughout use. I don't break my controllers, but I know after using it a lot down the road it will eventually die on me. So swapping it out for a brand new one seems like a great idea when buying a controller.
