For the price these should not break as often as they do. The joystick moves to the left on its own.

I had it for about a month and the Analog stick messed up and it’s not that good to play on.

Had it less than a month and there is drift from my right analog stick and it is affecting my gameplay

Bought for my son because he’s a fortnite player. Bought two new controllers, boxes looked like they were never opened or tampered with. When he tried to access his voucher’s for Fortnite extra’s on PlayStation, it said his vouchers are invalid or already used. How can that happen with both new controllers. Very disappointed, with Best Buy and advertising stuff that u can’t get. Oh and vouchers say they are good until 12/31/2020 So they are not expired!

Had stick drift within the first day of use. Better off buying knock off contolers.

Not sure if I got a bad controller but the motion sensitivity is hyper active on mine. Definitely different then my other PS4 controllers. Like the look of this one though.

worked for one week and won't charge now. Idk what happened. When it did work it was super good

Controllers left analog drifted then became less responsive. Basically unplayable on any game

I have had playstations since the beginning. I have never had any issues with my wireless controllers before. I purchased this one to replace one that I have had since I purchased a ps4 and the joysticks weren't working correctly after years of play. For some reason this controller died on me within the first 6 months of purchase. I have since had to purchase another one and it is working fine so far.

Came with MAJOR stick drift, so much it was unbearable to play any game.

I was expecting something better than what I gat, it was not working fast and late to respond most time.. the cursor was not really outstanding

The controller was only used a few times in a month's time and the stick already drifts

Controller is great and comfortable but I have bought multiple and they don’t really last long without them wearing out

Reason why I give it a one star is because the douchbag working there told me to grab this color since they didn’t have the regular black one, once that one got messed up by many drops of use I went back to get it changed and nope warranty didn’t cover it because “it wasn’t the regular black”

It stopped working so i took it to the store for repair and it dissapaired in the store why

These controllers feel great but unfortunately are cheap and break often Sony step your game up for 60 dollar controllers

Analogs stopped working in 1 week never buying a controller from here again.

Ps4 controlers are trash, analog sticks brake within a year of purchase

Sony really dropped the ball on the PS4 controller. The trigger buttons have a plastic hinge and are very fragile. If you play shooters do yourself a favor and purchase the product replacement plan. Chances are the trigger will break on you. I never had a problem with the PS3 triggers. This is an obvious design flaw. I hope Sony fixes the issue.

Joystick drag started right after 30 day warranty. Must have geek squad warranty
