I bought three of these controllers one year ago and two of the three do not work already. One has issues with a joystick control and the other defective one has buttons that are not working. According to my son, the original controller from the PS4 purchase works still and performs better than these. I consider it a waste of money if they don’t work after a year of light to moderate use.

It lasted for about half a year. It was good while it lasted, but now it just has a lot of joystick drift.

Beautiful design… but it did not work! Lost receipt.

The gold comes off over time. if you game a lot, I highly recommend getting the 2 year geek squad warranty.

The analog sticks started acting up immediately after purchasing. Barely used.

I had to Return it twice due to the right joystick acting very strange. So I'm hoping that this one will work properly

Not a real ps4 controller. Doesn't have a matching serial, im nor sure how that happens to a big box store but Best Buy won't let me return it because it's past the date and sony wont do anything because they didn't make it. so I'm out a controller and 60$. I will not buy another playstation ever and best buy has lost all my future electronic purchases.

Right control movement is sticky and move on it's own. Making it hard to play games. Poor quality.

Easy pick up, works great easy pairing. No issues, battery lasts.

The sale, delivery, all worked well, but this product sucks! It’s the 4th controller I’ve bought this year and all of them are braking on the right joystick. They always pull to a side and it is frustrating that PS/Sony is selling something with such short life span!

For a hardcore gamer, the buttons fail quick, the rubber on the joysticks tear easily, and battery life is to short.

I wouldn’t recommend open box to anyone, and I will certainly never buy open box for myself again. The product was filthy once I opened the package, and after cleaning it I found that one of the controller’s thumb sticks didn’t work properly. Don’t let its low price and stock photos fool you, it’s essentially the same as borrowing a busted product from your redneck friend.

In one month, I had to return two of these blue berry controllers with the same problem. After a week of use the right control stick began to shift the camera, all on its own to the point I couldn’t enjoy my games or even watch anything as the controller would rewind or scroll up to menus. I don’t know if the batch of controllers was bad or it couldn’t take the FPS life.

This controller is exactly like any other PS4 Sony controller except they made it with some camo design. Nothing truly special here. Costs way too much.

If you buy a product and never open it, it should be returnable(.)
