On the product page, it said "Next Day Delivery available" which I picked when I ordered. If I knew it was going to take this long to ship this item, I would've gone somewhere else and just picked it up. I'm really disappointed.

Excellent PS4 Controller that looks great!

The PS4 controller is just like the other Sony controllers which works well. The controller is very responsive and perfect for any game. I prefer it over my Xbox One controller. The RED color just makes it even better. For awhile, Japan was the only place you could get the red version, but I'm happy we're not able to get it here in the states! Well worth it! :)

Terrible quality and value

Sony makes the worst controller for gaming. I have not misused it and have not dropped it. I got best buy insurance on it that covers it for 2 years. That cost 20 bucks every time I you exchange it. This has been napping for years now. Not happy

Disappointing

Can't easily play games with it. I'm sure my experience is 1 out of 1000, but it is still super disappointing.

Fool me once

It was broken (unresponsive button) and i didnt find out for 3 weeks. When i tried to exchange it i found out about the 15 day exchange policy. I will no longer do business with best buy.
