I have owned many controllers for ps4 with no issues, this one continues to have lag input, I've changed channels on my router, reset controller, even unpaired an paired again to no avail. I will return and request a replacement and update if neccessary.

Came with a scratch right inside the box, box covered the scratch so I couldn’t see it before purchasing. Not Best Buy’s fault but it’s poor quality to buy someone always worn looking brand new from the box

My son has had this less than a month and the joystick is drifting to the left. Very disappointed! This is the 2nd PlayStation controller I’ve purchased this year and both are worthless now!!!

I bought this because my other controller's battery would die after a short time. The left left thumb stick doesn't work on the new controller and I can't use it to play first person shooters. Not impressed.

Bought it for my 10 year old to play fortnite. Worked less than 3 weeks now it won't charge. Of course it got put in a drawer for a few weeks so it's past the return date.

This is the 2nd time i bought one of these bundles with fortnite and the 2nd time the skin was given but the vbucks was never given. Good luck getting in touch with Epic games to correct the situation.

When I returned my ps4 controller. It was the third time due to failure. On the third time they told me this was all I could get. I don’t like the color combo. I want the purple one I originally got.

Used it for 3 WEEKS and it’s already broken!! It’s my fault not purchasing insurance,, don’t buy the cheap ps4 controller Pay the extra they last longer ...

Great controller. Works perfectly and as intended. Easy to connect.

Good at first but went out within the first month. I had to bring it back for a replacement. If you don’t get insurance when you purchase you’re making the first mistake already!

I purchases control I thought it was a great deal but it wasn't the problems I had with this controller for some reason it was glitching so I returned and got another one that controller didn't charge so I just return it and got my money back.

The touch pad and options button suddenly started inputting themselves repeatedly, then will stop accepting input after it stops glitching. This happened after a week or two of using the controller

Playstation controllers just seem to suck. This is the 3rd PS4 controller I've purchased in 2 years and just like the others seems to have joystick issues after a week or two of use

Best controller still out there. The red color looks awesome too! If you like God of War colors, well add this color to your collection. You wont be disappointed.

Junk...wouldn't charge after 2 months. C'Mon Sony,if you're going to charge people $65-$70 for a PlayStation 4 controller, give it a battery that doesn't recharge after a few weeks.

Broke in a few months. My nephews used it and within a few months the buttons stopped working. Waste of money. Couldn’t get money back due to no receipt

Ever since I first held the Xbox 360's controller almost 10 years ago, I always thought it was the best controller around, and that Sony would need to do miracles to beat it. The Dualshock 4 for the Playstation 4 actually managed to outrank it in my opinion. The controller feels amazing in hand, the vibration is solid and precise, and the buttons are where they need to be. There's also the lightbar, which some games make good use of (although they are very few), and will be used alongside Playstation VR next year. There's also the off-putting touchpad in the middle, that doesn't always add much functionality, but again some games make good use of it. Also, since it's bluetooth, you can easily use this controller with other devices, such as coputers, phones and even TVs. The battery life is decent for my usage. It easily lasts a few days of playing/using the PS4.

After 3 weeks the USB port went bad, each cable used got stuck until eventually the last one just did not come out at all. Had to through away the controller. Didn’t buy any insurance.

lately the new controllers coming out don’t last very long, the build quality has gone down and they simply stop working after a few months of use, this is my second new one to go bad

I bought this because I thought there was a problem with my controller. It turns out it was my TV. The controller works great though!
