The controller is great, I'm not a fan of blue but this blue isn't so bad

Super disappointed with product. Didn’t get insurance and waited too long to use it. It charge ok for a few days after that stop working. Wouldn’t recommend so disappointed.

I fail to comprehend why these controllers are still so expensive. They perform the function they were designed for. I anticipate that the price may decrease once the PS6 is released. Maybe.

These work great and look so nice. The color is sleek and pretty. The controllers work as expected too

It might be a bad batch but I went through two of these controllers that wouldn't turn on, had to switch to a different controller.

We purchase this remote two months ago and the remote nolonger powers on. Very disappointed with my purchase. I hoped we could get more than 60 days use from this product.

I love the design of the PS4 controllers its molded to fit right in your hands and feels comfortable. Been using it so far and no problems at all. I bought because it was blue my favorite color and it goes good with my white PS4.

This broke on me right away the L3 didn't work right and I waited too long to take it back and got stuck with it

Its already broken the the right joy sick pulls left just like the other 5 ps4 controllers i have i would recommend the warranty its worth the 14 bucks.... very frustrating

It doesn’t seem fair that the item had a malfunction and that I have to get another one and put another warranty when the first one cost me $90 to ge it and don’t last me even a month.

this is one of those items that look amazing with online photos but absolutely terrible in package. the actual color on the controller is more blue than grayish blue and it is not a good look. very disappointed.

things are just trash but it is what it is...Will have to buy another and just bite the money loss. They are going to continue to be junk until they use better parts.

It hasn’t been 5 months and the joystick to this controller doesn’t seem to be working right

Arrived a month late and the box was damaged. What’s the point of paying for shipping and a brand new controller if you get it late and damaged.

I got this controller today and when I tried to put in the code for the fortnite skin it was already used. I don’t recommend you buy the controller for the skin.

Only lasted a year with very minimal use, now the second they get unplugged from charger they shut off

Been waiting months to get my hands on this controller! I've had it for about two weeks now and it feels great. It is larger, but not as large as I was expecting. Those pictures make it look very large! Having said that, it does feel perfect in my hands. The grips are just long enough for my pinky fingers to fit on them. The analog sticks are a bit further apart now and the d-pad and face buttons are nice and familiar, no complaints there. I've been using it on Uncharted 3, mainly. It feels really nice and the sticks have more resistance to them, they feel more precise. I can't say how much I am loving the L2/R2 triggers! They curve the right way now!! So long overdue! No more having to buy Realtriggers. The underside of the controller appeared to be rubberized in all the photos, but it in fact is not. It is the same material as the rest of the controller, but with a slightly rougher surface. Slightly disappointing, but it still feels great. The touchpad is often times compared to that of the Vita, but they have different textures with the DS4 being more tactile and the Vita's rear touchpad being completely glossy. Included in the box is...well, nothing but the controller. The charging port is not the same as the DualShock 3. You will need a micro USB cable to charge and sync, but if you have a smartphone that cable will do. I'm currently using a six foot cable and its just long enough, hopefully the one we get with the console is at least that long. There is one in the PS4 box, but not with the single DualShock 4. Overall, I'm really loving this controller. I can't wait to try out the touchpad with my PS4 and to be able to hear what the speaker is going to be like.

As always, Sony delivers an extremely ergonomic controller that performs over and over again. Additionally, I've a;ways preferred genuine products for the compatibility and durability over the inferior competition.
