Gift Card Blues

He grabbed a Gift Card for one of his games and we had lunch and went home. He ran in his room and used his card. I went in there and he was crying. I asked what was wrong and he said he got the wrong card...it was a membership card and he already was a member. So I bought him the right card and he was happy. Now I am out of $59.00 + tax and a useless membership card......I think Best Buy will be on my "no go" to list.

It SAYS in my online profile it’s there but logging into the PS4 it’s not available. I’ve called customer service since Christmas Day. With Zero help it says “go online for support and disconnects me”. This is poor customer support. I purchased this for my son -“from Santa. He can’t use it. I spent 60$ abs it’s wasted If I could put Negatuve stars right now I would!!! I need to be contacted to resolve this!!!
