Great monitor so far. Great color and smooth motion clarity.

I picked up the Sony 27″ INZONE M10S as an open-box deal, and it's been a solid upgrade. The OLED screen delivers rich colors and deep blacks, making games look vibrant. Fast-paced action feels smooth and responsive, which is great for competitive play.

Best Buy Open Box + Customer Service is at best ignorant and at worst fraudulent. Purchased this monitor as "Excellent Condition." The monitor arrived without a power supply cable and with an excessive amount of deep scratches. That would certainly be "Fair Condition." I called Customer Support about receiving a partial refund, strictly for the price drop that the Excellent Condition had undergone. I spoke with 5 reps. The first one was aggressive, dismissive, and constantly spoke over me. The next 2nd said they can't do open box partial refunds, but in-store they could: which is completely ridiculous that they would ask me to bring the monitor in, hand it over, get a refund, and then purchase the exact same monitor at a lower price. I tried to request a supervisor with the 3rd rep to see if they could give a partial refund for the price drop without spending an hour driving to my local Best Buy - he said that I could speak with a Supervisor and they would call me back (which, according to my local in-store manager, is not possible). I eventually reached a Supervisor who agreed that the policy is ridiculous but it is what it is. OK. I go into the store and return the monitor. They say they have to allow Geek Squad to analyze it before they can sell it to me. I can't just get the newly updated Excellent Condition price EVEN THOUGH it is still a Fair Condition Monitor according to their guidelines of missing essential parts and deep scratches. They tell me they will call me back as soon as Geek Squad has checked it out so that I can try and get the monitor before it gets shipped somewhere else. Not only do they sell it immediately, they do not call me for the following 2 days to inform me so I have to waste another hour to go over and attempt the purchase. AND they still listed it as Excellent condition WHEN IT IS MISSING A POWER CABLE. Despicable company. Used to be great. Completely shady and dishonest now. Avoid whenever possible.

Great monitor it has the best stand out of any monitor I’ve tried

Compared to the Asus 480hz OLED, its competitor, this monitor lacks many things. As a reviewer mentioned before you cant turn off auto dimming on the sides and my monitor dims at certain times. Its an eye sore. The lack of bfi. The 1 year warranty when the asus has 3 years including burn in. Also this monitor by law has a 3 year automatic warranty in certain parts of europe. Why does sony not include it for all countires including the US? If there was a way to take them to court we should. This monitor is also $100 more for less features and terrible protection. I had the asus oled (480hz) and regret returning it. This monitor needs the proper updates fast or its not worth the time or money.

This monitor blows away my Sony 4k TV with more vibrant colors. Was worried that it being only 1440p that it wouldn't look that great but I was gladly mistaken. Disappointed by Best Buy though as Amazon currently has this monitor for 898 and Best Buy wouldn't price match it so back it went.

Got on open box for $680 out the door with a 4 year protection plan. Was in excellent condition. Haven't had any problems with it so far. Will update if anything goes wrong with it

Love this monitor. It has a sort of PS2 aesthetic that I find really pleasing and the picture looks great. Difficult to go back to other screens after using this one.

I’m a CSGO player. It’s a good gaming monitor. Wish it was glossier and had deeper blacks, but at least it’s not as fragile as qd-oled is right now.

Fantastic monitor, the 25" mode is pretty cool as well as the stand - I haven't seen another monitor with a 360" stand like this.

An amazing monitor especially when you get it at a discount from its msrp. HDR is amazing and you don't even notice DSC when you're playing in 480hz.

Great design, stand, beautiful picture, but mine suffered from extremely slow wake times from sleep (30 seconds or more), with no way to disable deep sleep. Returned.

This guy has a bad reputation but its been nothing short of stellar for me. Upgraded from 1440 IPS

Overall good product for fps lovers. But sometimes the gps wont be 480 hz it degraded to 360 instead but just easily pull the dp and back to fix the problem
