Small Tv, big improvement.

It's a nice upgrade and has most of features on the smart TV in my living room.

Slow loading apps

The main objection is that compared to my older Bravia the navigation for the selection of various features appeared to be more difficult than necessary. An example: When switching from TV viewing to DVD the picture automatically switches, but the selection for TV remains in effect and the TV shuts off after awhile for a no input.

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.its a nice tv but the black color is too black. night scenes you cant really see anything. i know you can adjust color but it should automatically do that. probably cause its a 720 tv instead of 1080. you would think they would do away with 720 and make everything 1080 standard. the bluetooth is a nice option. havnt set the internet up. i just wanted a regular tv. not a internet tv. all inputs work good. one big down fall for me is there are no buttons on the tv. like on/off, ch up down or volume up down.

Thanks for sharing your honest review. We're sorry you've been running into difficulty. The quality of the source is a big factor in getting an excellent picture quality. If Picture mode is set to Cinema or Custom, the screen may become dark. If the screen is still dark after you change the picture quality mode, change the setting Backlight, Picture, Brightness and adjust the brightness to your taste. The picture quality may improve if you change it in [Picture] under [Settings].
Press the HOME button, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Brightness], and adjust [Brightness] or [Contrast].
If you're experiencing an issue with brightness or contrast (too bright or dark) with your TV screen, please follow the troubleshooting links below to resolve this issue.
