I didn't realize what "Google TV" meant when purchased so was surprised with something I did not want. I returned it.

Hope you are doing fine. While we're happy that you appreciate the picture quality of our Sony 32" Class W830K HD LED Google TV, we're sorry to hear if you encountered any issues with the Google TV feature and had to return it. Even if you do not setup a Google Account, you can watch TV broadcasts and/or view content from devices connected to the TV such as a Blu-ray player. If you connect the TV to the Internet, you can also use the Internet streaming services displayed on the Home Menu. Please know that you can take advantage of the Help Guide to assist you setup your TV. It is unfortunate that we can no longer help/guide you regarding Google TV features. We are optimistic that you will consider Sony again in your future purchases. Best regards - Marco

Using the volume would not turn up or down then it would blare. Had trouble streaming with it. After a long process or trying to reset it and fix the problems both with the Geek squad and Sony we got a new TV and bought a different brand!

Worst Sony ever

I've been buying Sony TVs since the 1980s and none of them have been as poorly manufactured as this one. I finally got fed up and got rid of it.

Disappointing that you can’t just buy a TV, plug a source in and watch. Seems like they are trying to sell you something every-time you turn the TV on.
