    This Tv had issues from the start. Using the volume would not turn up or down then it would blare. Had trouble streaming with it. After a long process or trying to reset it and fix the problems both with the Geek squad and Sony we got a new TV and bought a different brand!

    Sound is horrible and had to add a sound bar. Absolutely hate all of the “smart” tv features. Disappointing that you can’t just buy a TV, plug a source in and watch. Seems like they are trying to sell you something every-time you turn the TV on.

    Just one thing after another. I've been buying Sony TVs since the 1980s and none of them have been as poorly manufactured as this one. I finally got fed up and got rid of it.

    First let me say that they didn’t have it on display. They had about 10 in stock and was surprised. Salesman said I could return it. Got it home and the picture was just so so. Not what I expected from Sony. I know it was only 720 but for the price I thought it would be better. Returned the same day and got the 4k Samsung open box for only 20 more. If they didn’t have that I would have got the Vizio 1080 which looked better than this Sony

In most cases, the quality of the picture displayed on your TV depends on the source. The higher the quality from the source means the better picture to be displayed on your TV screen.     After 6 weeks, volume control started acting up. It freezes. You can’t raise or lower volume. Have to turn TV off for 30 seconds to get it working again.

Check for Software Updates: Sometimes, a simple update can fix issues like this. You can check for the latest firmware on the Sony support page: www.sony.com/electronics/support/lcd-tvs-android-w8xxk-series/kd-32w830k/software/00294954 2. Check Your Remote and TV Sensors: Ensure your remote is working properly and there’s nothing blocking the sensor on the TV. You can also try adjusting the volume using the TV’s physical buttons. 3.     Came without the screws and legs, and went to store which they were no help and didnt even ket me return because parts of the tv were missing

    SALES ASSOCIATE LIED INVOLVING WARRANTY COVERAGE

    The sales associate lied when I asked if my TV warranty was for inhome coverage. HE SAID YES it was. I'm a senior and handicapped and would NEVER have purchased this TV if I'd known I had to bring it in for service which I am unable to do. Customer Support is useless, worthless AND, as a long-time customer, I will NEVER EVER do business with your company AGAIN!!

    I think the 32" is not as good as other Sony TVs I purchased. It seems as if it is an older model.
