    I love this prime lens! The Sony 35mm f1.8 is the perfect gimbal lens. The perfect lens for filmmakers. It’s not to wide. Amazing in dim light situations.

    This is a great starter 35mm lens. The 1.8 aperture definitely gets the job done, and the image quality is very good! Highly recommend if you don’t want to go all the way to the f1.4.

    Love using this lens with my Sony A7III. I'm able to shoot handheld because the stabilization is so solid. The bokeh is really creamy and produces amazing pictures and video. Love this thing!

    Expensive for a 1.8, but ultra compact for street and photo journalism work. The 35 1.4 variety is just too in your face with its size. Also great for gimbal video work as it’s light and no focus breathing problem. No front end movement when focusing also help on the weather sealing.
