Took some effort to get unit working. installation manual is not very clear on some features and how to get them to work. Best Buy salesman was very helpful and even went thru the complete installation procedure. very happy with best buy

Great 4K TV

I was at first Looking at another TV but decided to go with this Sony 4K. It has a great picture and the smart features on it are really cool also. ||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a Sony 49" 4K 3D TV that is spectacular. This 43" 4K Sony is not as good, it has a much reduced dynamic range and needs to be watched in a dimly lit room. Netflix works well including 4K shows.

The new Android system was prepped for consumer use. When I purchased the TV's they didn't even have Netflix on them. Then there were continuous software updates for weeks on end. With every update came even more issues, for example the update couldn't re-up the internet line and would drop the signal and you would have to reset the TV. HEADACHES!!! I will re-visit this review when I get a personal apologize from an AMERICAN Sony representative. I am a Sony guy through and through and these TVs will allow me open my scope next time I shop for electronics.

Through works perfectly, monitor mirroring is a bit slower on the other hand, but able to see. Overall, great value on this TV! I highly recommend it!!!
