Easy to set up and update. The picture is beautiful and the sound quality is alright. Better to connect to a sound bar or better speakers. Overall great TV.

I usually prefer Samsung but decided to purchase the 43" Sony after looking at the reviews and looking at it in store. It does not disappoint. Picture and Audio are crisp and clear. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is price point. The price was more than comparable TV's.

Solid Sony TV. Two things to note 1) the remote isn't universal so you can't use it for anything else and 2) the sensor for the remote is really low on the tv so if it seems to not be working, raise up the remote.

picture is decent, thought color is off--has a bluish cast (better now that it's been adjusted off of 'vivid'); sound is terrible-- have tweaked the equalizer and have gotten it to 'acceptable' -- sound synchronization is poor (haven't yet been able to figure out how to fix--it's not obvious on the menu). overall not impressed; expected more.

Was going through lot of info to buy a Gud TV!!!!!

Good TV, but did not enhance my gaming experience like the Best Buy salesman said it would.

after reading reviews of 43 inch tv's, I was going to purchase the Vizio. But the sony looked better and it was. I would Highly recommend this tv. Very easy setup. No complaints so far!

I purchased this for my mom and after some calibration settings ( stock calibration is very good just wanted better) I must say I am very pleased. 4K you tube looks great over Wi-Fi.

I was limited on size of TV I could accommodate. This was chosen for me by Best Buy sales associate. It is sleek, clean lines, great picture and sounds great with my Sonos system.

Our first time to own a Sony. They are certainly worth the difference in price

The picture quality is excellent as long as you do not have lighting in the room that can reflect into the screen. We have a Sony TV that is about 8 years old and the picture is good and the light in the room does not impact the picture. We would have preferred a larger screen TV but are limited for space. We wanted to update our TV and purchased this Sony TV since it fit our cabinet. Unfortunately the lighting in our living room was reflected by the TV to the degree that the picture was negatively impacted. We decided to put the older TV back in place and used the new TV in a family room with less light. In this room, the picture quality was what we had expected.

TV is working great and installation was smooth. Loving watching this TV.

This is my first 4k tv and the picture quality is excellent. You can buy cheaper 4k tvs, but this is the best bang for your buck. Easy setup and perfect size for the bedroom.
