It will take minimum 2 hours initially, it keeps on doing firmware upgrades. Cons: 1. Highly unstable OS - Audio application crash very frequently 2. Not able to detect USB's more than 20 GB 3. Applications are unstable they crash left and right.. I think Sony wants user to test and report bugs... 4. Sound Quality is clear, but speakers are weak 5. Overall brightness is low and viewing angles are not impressive I returned this product in 6 hours after purchase..
