Upscale Processing is Incredible !!!!!!! also love the ability to add touch pad remote and android tv interface is great. No web Browsing however you can screen mirror through tv or with nfc with touch pad remote and web browse using android device

Picture Is great and sound is pretty good. Love that there is a button for Netflix on the remote and very user friendly to set up

I was on the fence about this television for a few months now,mainly because of the expense of the 4K. But I was so pleased when I saw the outstanding quality of the picture...vibrant colors, clear and crisp details. Also, purchasing a Geek squad certified open box gave me a pretty big savings for the same exact item! Hands down, the quality is much better than my standard LED set and worth the extra cost.

We were looking for a new TV for my mother-in-law who didn't want something "too" big. Viewing at the store, she narrowed the size down to the 43" range. The Sony had the best picture that we saw. We also were pleasantly surprised at the sound output when we got it set up. She's getting a little hard of hearing but the built-in speakers have plenty of volume and clarity for her. She's also a sports fan and like's the TV's ability to show the action without any glitches or delays.

For those who think there isn't a difference between 1080P and 4K, there is a huge difference! I have a PS4 and a Monster Platinum cable and I see great improvements! Setting it up was easy. Getting used to navigation will take time as I am only familiar with Apple. The motion is smooth and helps out with my gaming. Movies are more enjoyable. I will be mounting this because I am not used to the Pedestal.

I can't tell the difference between 4K and 1080. The picture is really nice but you could spend half the money for that.

anyone know how to change the hdmi inputs to cable,blu ray etc,?my older sony did but I see nowhere to find titles--thanks

Sales associate sold me this 43'' Sony TV assuring that all the apps in google play on your phone will be available on your TV including dishanywhere. This would have save me time and effort as I don't have to rewire my office. I got my latest update yesterday and I still don't see dishanywhere app. I guess I should have waited I will return the TV

First of all I only got this TV because the SAMSUNG I ordered online that was not in the store arrived broken, and when I returned it to the store that model was sold out everywhere! So I decided on the Sony since it was an Android TV and I like Popcorn time anyway and it was 3 inches bigger than the Samsung. The Sony was easy to set up but unlike my previous smart TV the Firmware updates took literally 45 minutes to install after downloading. My previous Samsung the Firmware updates took like 5 minutes. It's easy to stream things with this tv from my phone or to use my phone as a remote or transfer apps over so that is a plus. The picture quality however even in 4k is not as good as my 2012 Samsung smart TV and anything dark related looks terrible. Anything with white or brightness looks awesome but anything dark or with darkness looks worse than those welfare EBT insignia TV's. THe ability to put popcorn time on the TV is a plus however and when there are bright scenes this TV really shines, but if you watch a lot of movies with darks or night time scenes go with something else, even a cheap piece of garbage Television!!!

I was scared that it would take me lots of time to set up this Smart TV to be able to understand everything it does. I was so wrong. Quick and easy set up, it practically set itself up!

Sony always has the most beautiful realistic picture

Wow, an XBR tv at a great price. Sony has the most realistic picture of any other tv. Beautiful colors and crystal clear images. Thanks Sony and Best Buy!

I do NOT recommend buying this TV. When it works the picture is good. You could expect that from any 4K TV. My problem was I purchased it on-line as a Birthday gift for my son. His birthday was two weeks after we received the TV. It had issues from the time we plugged it in. I contacted Sony and they tried sending updates but eventually it wouldn’t even turn on . Sony wanted to send a repairman to my house but then said the part wasn’t available. They agreed to send us a new TV but when it arrived it was RE-FURBISHED. If I wanted to buy a re-furbished TV they are half price at most stores. I was a big fan and customer of SONY products but I will never buy Sony again. Do yourself a favor, buy a Samsung, I now own two and the quality blows Sony away.

The 4k picture is amazing and all the features, especially the wifi, are great.

Unfortunately this set is going back and I've always had Sony tvs. This is the first time in over 20 years that I have had trouble with a Sony product. Amazing picture and images on Netflix but the tv keeps turning off. Sometimes I get the picture back immediately and sometimes it takes hours before the tv starts working again. Other times the hdmi cable needs to be switched out but it doesn't always work either. So disappointed!!! Will not be buying another's Sony tv any time soon!!!!

Sony is by far our choice of television brand. 4 times the high resolution equals a crisp and clear picture

The TV definitely put out great darks, colors, & clarity. Remote feels a little cheap in a sense that it's like you have to push a bit deeper into the control before the input is received also in the dark it can take awhile to figure out which side to point to TV. Done with trying to comment about speakers and reading people commenting about it -it's just TV speakers guys, of course you won't get the best quality. Only TV with great speakers is the Bose TV. And probably those higher end models which you won't even wanna spend on even though audio is a huge deal breaker for ya. TV responds quick to remote control input. I've been with Samsung for a long time and I'd say Sony UI kinda sucks or could just be Sony Android UI. I did like the built-in Google Cast because connection was stable and quick. But yeah this TV has nothing else to offer to me. Yes it's a sale right now at $699 but I'll just spend a bit more for a better Samsung TV. Bought it yesterday. Noticed some lit (opposite of dead) up pixels so I had an exchange today. Everything was smooth until the screen just went black, I was playing XBOX then suddenly picture dies, still light there but it was black. Picture was gone but audio still there. For my first 2 Sony products this is a huge disappointment. I'm not gonna get an exchange for a 3rd time this is the last, I'm returning this for good and probably will never buy another Sony again.

Hard to believe that Sony makes a TV with a bad picture - but it does. It had shiny reflections in people's hair and the image was bleached out overall. The audio is terrible - the speakers are in back so you are listening to an echo of the sound - you need to buy a $200 sound bar to make out the sound. The HDMI jacks in the back are so close to the edge that you can see the cords sprouting out -- terrible design. The TV is also much more expensive than Samsung or Vizio M-Series. Gotta say Best Buy was just terrific about making an exchange. There was no hassle and they got me a Vizio 50" M series HD TV promptly and refunded $126 to me. Five stars for Best Buy customer service.

The XBR series has the best looking picture of the Sony product line.

I purchased online thru Sony. Keeps losing input, only gets 9 channels now. Worked fine first 2 weeks. Service rep says its my cable. Had cable people out, other tvs work fine. NOT !! Sony customer service person is not nice. Every tv in my house is a Sony. Not anymore.
