To address the picture glare, please try adjusting the picture settings by switching to the Custom preset and lowering the Brightness or Gamma setting, which can often reduce reflections. For the volume, check your sound settings for any Volume Offset or Sound Optimization features that may be limiting the maximum volume, and ensure the volume mode is set to Standard. If these adjustments don't resolve the issues to your satisfaction, please reach out to our support team, as they can provide more detailed calibration tips to enhance both the visual and audio performance of your specific model.
