Found out as I was making the purchase that the rep was with another brand, not Sony. He said my set was one of the best ones available at that size. I will say the set up was excruciating - took well over an hour and required so many choices. I was replacing an 18 year old Sharp, Very pleased with the quality and Best Buy’s service.

The one we just bought has such a clear picture, it looks like people are about to come out and visit you. I would highly recommend Sony even though they cost more. Just OK TV set!

Picture is not as good as I had hoped it would be. Replaced a 8 year old LG. and this Sony is not that much better. Poor traking motion on football game. Over all not a bad TV set. I woud say it is just OK.

Whether the room was dark or bright, the TV wasn't bright enough. I had an LG manufacturered in 2012 that still works. That model looks and works well in comparison to the higher priced Sony. No depth either. I was wanting to give it some time to see if it grew on me, and low and behold, within one month, the TV suddenly would have audio only with no video whatsoever. Ultimately settled iwth a Roku TV at almost half price with 5-year protection plan.

TV is in a 2nd bedroom and it's perfect for there. The set up was easy, even for a couple of old retired people. The TV's sound is very good to excellent, no need for a soundbar. We could pay more for an even better picture, but this is perfect for our needs.

No setup issues. The only issue is the sound, it works fine and is loud but really needs a sound bar for better quality, same issue with any tv you purchase these days.

The pictures is AMAZING, and if you're using streaming instead of Comcast, Sony has the best operating system. Got rid of the Samsung in the bedroom and bought a Sony for that room too.
