I bought if for the picture quality and the price. The smart TV features were a bonus I wasn't really concerned with because I have a Roku. Well, I haven't used the Roku since I installed the new set. This handles my needs quite elegantly.

I bought this item open box due to missing manual. I have been very pleased with the color as well as when light hits it I don't notice much. I have a smaller living room area and the true color and how it doesn't reflect on the TV is great.

This TV is a replacement of an older (and smaller) LG model. It sets itself up so you can just sit there and watch it happen and then start watching the shows. This model does not have 3D which makes it lower priced. No complaints so far.

We love that we went with this TV. The picture is fantastic and we love having Netflix right in hand with having to stream through our Xbox. The quality of the TV is great this far.

If I turn on my PS4 my TV automatically turns on too. Picture quality is great 4k is wonderful. Typical Sony satisfaction. Love Sony products.

Nice TV easy to set up. This is an android TV which means apps are they are already so you don't need to buy Google Chromecast or Kindle stick

Most of the top TV Brands have a great picture . Sony adds a step up in picture Quality. Samsung has many models of the same size TV. Sony has one 49 inch 4k. and it is great !

Perfect size for my room 1080 hd looks great, I found many videos in 4K on YouTube looks fantastic. I had trouble logging into my YouTube account, could not find any information on how to do it. I had to log into Google first.

I love my new Sony 49" TV. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Very very clear beautiful picture quality - with lots of technology and options / features. 2 thumbs up..!

After professional calibration, color and black levels are outstanding. Games and action movies show virtually no smearing. Updates itself and all the apps work flawlessly.

The picture is outstanding! On the down side the remote and TV consistently wont work. To fix the problem you need to power down and turn back on the TV. Software needs to be updated to help the flow of the apps. Netflix has no problem streaming compared to other devices I've used. With updates to come in the near future I hope the bugs will be taken care of and be a solid if not perfect TV.

We were told to buy a different TV brand but it didn't fit on our table so we got a Sony that does fit. It's wonderful and we're happy to have another Sony in the family. The one this replaced worked perfectly for 15 years.

Picture and sound clarity are great. A little pricy but worth it. You get more from this than other brands that may be 1 or 2 inches bigger for a $100 less. Took my eyes and brain a couple days to get used to seeing so much detail on-screen. 4k is definitely the way to get more out of video content (even your favorites that you've seen 10 times before). Bang for the buck, Sony is the way to go!

TV is great in its pic quality and design. Apps built in sometimes require restarts which is not easy to accomplish and requires one to drill down through several menus. Built in chromecast and Netflix button is super convenient and nice to have.

I bought this to replace an older plasma TV. Picture is so clear you can see the pores on actors faces! Sound quality is not great since it fires from the rear, so get a sound bar or hook to your stereo. Easy to set up

We bought this TV mainly for gaming. It has excellent crisp clear picture and perfect size for split picture for two players.

The picture quality on this TV is amazing I have never seen the kind of clarity in a TV like this. Do yourself a favor buy this TV you will not be disappointed.

Great TV! Beautiful color and contrast with the 4K Ultra HD! We've had many Sony TVs in the past but this is our first 4K HD Smart TV. Once again Sony nails it!
