The TV is good. It is NOT miles beyond my 1080P Bravia. The fact is, I see little discernable difference in this TV and the 8 year old Bravia I also own. Huh ... ? Where's all the big deal 4K blah, blah, blah. I had a negative experience with this TV at the very beginning. The pedestal mount is a difficult to attach and there was no directions on how to install it. I called Best Buy and they offered to send the Geek Squad out for a mere $200. I was not happy! I finally found a friend who knew how to install the mount and it took him 5 minutes to do so. Thanks a lot, Best Buy for your "service" and buyer assistance. I'm not likely to ever shop with you again. I'd recommend the TV but I'd advise you purchase it anywhere but Best Buy.

4k is definitely worth it even though we don't watch much tv. It is truly better that than we expected

The TV is great. Easy hook up to the internet, picture is beautiful. The only thing wrong is the sound is bad but that seems to be the norm for these new TV's

I have had this television for about a month and I am really happy with my purchase. Sony makes a great product and the menus are easy to navigate. The picture is outstanding as well!

I looked around meticulously for days looking for the t.v for me and boy did they have the t.v for me! I love everything it has to offer and the picture/sound is absolutely stunning!

It took @ 15 minutes to get someone to help me... Once I did get help, the associate was very friendly and knowledgeable. He made me feel very comfortable with my choice. The Sony HD TV has a great picture!

The new Android operating system will accept a keyboard for connecting to the Internet, unlike the 2014 models. There is no reason to buy a 43-inch or larger 1080P HD TV now with 4K pricing only slightly higher. We upgraded from Sony Trinitron CRT TVs to 55 and 49 inch LCDs. Blu-ray looks great, and late this year or next year 4K Blu-ray players will be available. 4K content is virtually nonexistent, so be patient. If using an up-converting Blu-ray player, turn off that feature in the player as the TV does a much better job.

Excellent picture, great features and seamless network integration. The usual high level of Sony quality seems to be there in this set.

Replaced a 42 inch sony flat screen tv with this one. The color is great a really crisp picture even from 15 feet away.

Once installed and set up, TV was beautiful picture quality. We are still trying to figure out the complicated choices for programs, apps and shows.

This was my first smart TV. I was happy that I waited to get the 4k the whole process to set it up was so easy. The remote is super easy to guide even my mom uses it easily.

Propably the clearest picture I have ever seen on a screen. Sometimes durring the day there is a glare on the screen depending on how the room is lit. turn the lights off and the glare goes away.

I bought this TV on Super Bowl sale, to replace a 10 year old LED HDTV. The old tv was awesome, and still is awesome, but it is not "smart". The new Sony has a great picture and is easy to use.

The picture quality for streaming and gaming is extremely clear. Watching live TV is pretty good. Sound quality is also great.
