This is excellent customer service and meeting people halfway with flexibility and sends a message that you value me as an individual, a human being, and care about me coming back as a lifelong /repeat customer.

Sony 49" LED - 2160p - Smart 4K HD TV

It's 49" size was a perfect for our armoire in the bedroom. Picture and sound were great. I coupled this with the Sony CT780 Soundbar and the experience was perfect for our needs. Cost to experience was a great deal.

This is not up to Sony Quality
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have spend some bit of time trying to adjust the color on this tv but it still looks like the color is false. I have been online and changed every setting to get a decent picture but I am still not happy. I finally selected vivid and it does the best but still no good contrast and shades of gray and black blend together. Price wasn't bad but it is not up to Sony's historic levels of color.
