The TV is very clear and simple to use . The viewing angle are good. The sound is OK , I had to add a soundbar for a better movie experience The only issue I have with the TV is that it freezes when I am switching between home screen and Netflix.

This TV upscales all signals to 4K and produces a noticeable improvement in all signals. Speakers are a bit weak, consider adding a sounder if you want great sound. Lots of inputs are helpful and software lets you label them for easy use of DVD's, PS4, Camera etc. All around great TV

Stil not so great for football. Too much motion blur even with the Football button.Not sure if its Comcast causing the pixelation or the TV speed.

The associate was very knowlledgable and patient in explaining the options I had. We hot the perfect set for our wants. He explained what the terminology. Meant and woiuld be best for our wants.the Sony 4k has exceeded our expectations. I would highly reccend Best Buy to everyone.

The picture quality is as amazing as you'd expect from 4K and Sony. However, it seems that it never turns off. You power down and the screen goes dark, but the next time you turn it on, it's on the video or app you left. Since many of the apps are still glitchy, that means you have to unplug it and plug it back in to get a real re-start. And I think the Android OS, like on a phone, needs to be restarted often to continue to work well, so this is kind of a pain. I also wonder about how much electricity is being used when it's "off." We love the TV, but are waiting for Sony to work out the software side and update it. Given the cost, this should have been done before product release.

Realizing the Panasonic plasma is forever gone I was delighted with this Sony. Great blacks, smart interface and 4K for a longer future shelf life made for a great product and a good value.

ive had a philips before this. I definitely appreciate the screen quality on this. My significant other has a philips as well and I always prefer to watch movies on my TV . The only annoying thing is, you have to set it up for a wired internet connection for a smoother view, rather than the wireless.

I gave this tv to my 85 yo Dad with the intention of adding Bluetooth headphones so he could watch tv without CC. Not able to connect with the set of headphones we gave him. Hoping as Sony updates the software, we will eventually have Bluetooth. Otherwise, he loves it!

I like the Netflix connection and the 4k picture is great.

Sony had been a great experience since my old 32 inch TV from about 12 years with no issues at all. This TV is great size for the living room . PS4 did had a lag from online play, but just had to hold down the TV power button from remote until it reboots. Then issues is fixed. After Android TV update, it's all fixed. So go for pro Sony.
