This is a great tv. The Smart features are better than the non-XBR model, and the picture quality is as well.

was nervous to leave Samsung for Sony. very glad that we did, sporting events are crystal clear and cinematic "black" is very deep. no more shadows digitizing or footballs looking like disco balls!

I really like the TV! I have only had a couple of small issue with it. Sometimes, but rarely, the home screen locks and although I press every button on the remote control it is unresponsive. At this point I have to disconnect it and plug it back in. Also, the very first week I had issues with the Netflix app not properly loading. It gave me an internet connection failure message when all of my other devices worked perfectly. Haven't had the issue in a while. Nonetheless, I really like the picture quality.

I had my doubts about Sony after their Japanese plant was destroyed. From what I can tell, their quality remains excellent, that way it always was.

The Sony - 49" Class is a beautiful tv. Easy set up, beautiful picture, and responsive.

Great size for my basement. Hooked up to HD cable and a wonderful picture for my eyes. Set up took a while but well worth it for my viewing pleasure.

This is the second Sony 4k television I have bought. They are amazing. The up scaling on these tvs, is unrivaled!

Bought as an open box item and was cautious as I have had issues with open box in the past. Got a great deal and the TV is better than I expected.

I am a fairly moderate technology junkie. I had been in the market for a new TV since ours went out over the summer. I walked into the store and seeing this as an open box and immediately was captured by the amazingly clear picture on this TV. The deal was too good to pass up. The fact the tv has a Google platform was a huge plus. The pic is extremely clear. Sound is fairly good. Loaded with apps galore . Very pleased with this purchase

The Sony TV is excellent very sharp picture. I recommend upgrading your cable or dish for best results.

We had a ligtning storm in our home and had to go purchase all new tvs. We bought this model in three different sizes! Love this model!

I am concerned that since the sound is not as good as I'd hoped it will fail me completely since I did not purchase surround sound or some other enhancement . That being said; I otherwise enjoy my television.

This sony 4k is an excellent buy. The specs on it are perfect for gaming!

I was especially pleased with the nerd squad. They were on time, so helpful & patient in explaining how to work everything and very neat and careful.

I've been using the TV for gaming, the refresh rate and resolution are great for that with no observable artifacts. There really isn't anything bad about the TV visuals and it has plenty of video inputs. As an additional bonus the in box stand for the TV can be attached even if the TV is wall mounted and becomes an adjustment handle.

Easy to setup, was an upgrade from my 12yr old Sony, the picture clarity a bi improvement.

TV was easy to set up and has functioned as expected. Great picture and is easy to navigate.

i have the 55" xbr850c for my living room. this went in the bedroom and it works great, beautiful picture, easily mounts to the wall if you know what you're doing. make sure to update the software first to get the full experience, 4k netflix is amazing on this.. i got this for $399 shipped from best buy to my home. since it wasn't available in store or any stores nearby.. definitely a gem of a deal..

This TV looks great - very clear and wonderful sound! Would buy another one for the playroom!
