Just a top notch tv like all Sonys what a refurbished one perfect condition super clarity Sony Bravia engine you can't beat it

Bought this tv for the price and the narrow stand to fit my tv table. Upscale is very good. Blacks not as dark as my plasma but I don't have to worry about image retention

This is a very high quality TV for the price. The picture is similar to other models from Samsung or LG. The one thing that sets this apart is that it is an Android TV and provides access to the PlayStation network. This means that not only do you have access to the Google play store you also can play PS games. There are plenty of inputs and outputs to make this a solid core to your multimedia system.

Colors are amazing and 4k is very cool. One of the best purchases i have ever bought.

We enjoy the television very much. Definitely an upgrade over a 7 year old Sony hd. The built in apps are a nice feature.

Well, when we looked at an array of HDTV sets at various stores, no one had a better deal than Best Buy with this on sale. Great picture quality, especially the HD channels (you have to pay extra at Comcast to get them). The sound is lower than I was used to so we purchased a sound bar system with a separate bass woofer. Overall, for the money, this was a good deal and we are very happy so far.

I researched 4k televisions extensively, and for the price I feel great about my decision. Other than a few hiccups with some apps, the tv has performed great.

The color is really good. I like how you can play songs from your Android to your tv.

good TV was disappointed that i could not record over the air programs with an external hard drive like you can do in all other parts of the globe with this exact TV thanks Hollywood

The Sony X830C is a great 4K TV. Colors are fairly accurate with calibration. Doesn't have the deepest blacks but is fairly consistent and hardly noticeable unless you are very picky. Smart features work extremely well and Android TV is easy to use. A huge improvement over my old Sony 720p 32". BestBuy had a great open box offer that I couldn't pass up. This TV is highly recommended!

Purchased the TV from the local Best Buy - the sales person was very knowledgable and helpful. I also purchased a Sony sound bar which is just phenomenal. The set up went fine until it was time to attach the sound bar to the television. The owners manual for both the TV and sound bar are a little confusing as to which HDMI port to use. I just couldn't figure it out so I "called" the store to ask for help. After navigating the phone system I was summarily put on hold for the "next available person". I was on "hold" for more then 30 minutes. Hung up tried to figure out how to connect the sound bar one more time - couldn't figure it - tried to "call" the Best Buy store again was put "on hold" for over 30 minutes once again - no one ever picked up. I ended up calling the Geek Squad at another store - was immediately connected to a tech who was very nice and tooked the time to patiently walked me through the process. I was able to complete the setup without any further issues. But I have to say it was a very frustrating experience. The only other issue was the IR recover on the Sony TV. The sound bar blocks the receiver and there was no other way around it. So I went back to Best Buy and luckily was able to get an after market IR extender. It "works" but I wish Sony built in (and supplied) an IR extender feature because I'm sure I'm not the only one to have this kind of issue.

Like the narrow frame of TV, good picture and sound quality. As other reviews have mention, it is disappointing the Apple Products( IPhone or iPad) do not work with Sony's TVBravia.

At first I wasn't happy with this tv but eventually it grew on me. If you plan to buy this tv I would advise you hv a professional set it up cause while the initial setup is pretty straight forward you can run into problems after. I stuck with it, my cable company, geek squad and Sony was very helpful and it worked out well. Shows very good and clear.
