Great picture and sound

I bought the Sony and feel I got what I paid for. A quality 4K TV. Set up was easy and the features and apps are user friendly. Glad I switched.

Huge upgrade for our family.

Poor Sound Quality

You can barely hear lower voices clearly on movie/drama/serial unless you make volume up where as at the same volume level the loud voices and background sound are too loud & high. Very frequently need to use tv remote to control volume.

Great Smart TV
