This is a great television. The picture is absolutely amazing. The geek squad installed it and did a great job. They were very professional. Definately would reccomend them

This tv was an upgrade from my Vizio. The picture quality is pretty good but lack of some 4K input support may become an issue later. ie. Some Xbox one S 4K output has some compatibility issues

I am very happy with the purchase of this TV. Can't wait until I can view it in 4K but the picture now is great!! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a new tv

My husband and I just purchased this TV after having a much older model TV. This has a great picture and was easily mounted on the wall. Glad we switched over to Sony!

I have purchased two other Sony TVs this will be my third have never had any issues with them Best Buy had the best price made a quick and easy to buy and pick up.

We say almost everyday how much we love this TV- great color, thin profile. We placed it above the mantel/fireplace. Very happy- with the remote also. No problems.

It's the best purchase I've ever made, I bought several brands and changed them and really it's a little pricey but it's worth it all day I highly recommend it

Great TV the colors are bright and the blacks are very deep and rich. Unfortunately it was too small for my room, I brought the same TV but in a bigger size..

I am enjoying our purchase at Best Buy of a Sony 49" television. The picture has excellent color and clarity. I would definitely recommend this model to others.

I love the Android operating system. Easy to use. The thin bezel looks beautiful in any room. Very elegant. The picture quality is not as good as HDR, but for the price you'll pay for HDR, there's not enough difference in picture quality to spend almost twice as much money. Get this TV. You will not be disappointed. What can I say, it's a Sony. Sony makes great TV products. Not to mention, they are time tested. If you want a Samsung, get ready to spend a lot more money.

Got this as an open box for a good deal. Plus it was reduced because the new models were hitting the stores. Picture is real nice and was complete upgrade from what I had.

Outstanding TV - crisp picture quality, ideal screen size, 4K advanced HD technology & good sound quality, all wrapped into highly reputable Sony name brand.

All is great here. Great picture, great apps and enough HDMI inputs. Highly recommended as is does't include all the worthless apps you find on other brands.

I was able to get this TV at a discount and it was an absolute steal!! I set up in my basement and it is a perfect size for down there. Great overall picture quality.

Picture quality is A+ and the upscale feature is awesome. It's a android tv so you can download kodi on the tv and have endless movies and shows for free.

I first purchased a tv at walmart and ended up taking it back. I went to bestbuy and saw this tv. Same price but a larger screen. Glad I purchased it!

Saw these 4K Ty's while in the store and just HAD TO HAVE ONE! lov the smart tv capabilities, but need to investigate all the features one of these days

But we ended up selling it to our boss. Brand new, box never opened. From what he told us, it's amazing. No regrets buying it. Glad he liked it I guess.

Went into Best Buy to buy a charger for a video camera. Walked out with a new camera lens, and this TV. I'm a sucker for electronics, and sometimes buy things impulsively. The team (THREE PEOPLE) who sat and chatted with me about the TV made no mention that it ran on Android technology - even though I had my iPhone in my hand the whole time. There was no way to tell this was the OS except for a tiny sticker in the upper right corner, which I obviously didn't see. TV was hooked up and mounted a few days later and was GORGEOUS. Slim, sleek, and the picture was pretty stunning. But, none of the "smart" aspects of the set worked, because of compatibility issues. If they did, I'm sure we would have kept it. Although, I did read that the TV can record your conversations 24/7 because of the Google Talk function. Not sure if that's true, but...no thanks, Big Bro. Apparently the TV has some kinks to work out, and once it does, will be great! But, I'm not a patient person (read above re: impulse buying) and I'm not into the whole voice-recording thing.

I read the reviews but took a chance on this TV. I'm happy with my purchase but a bit disappointed in the sound. Adequate for tv watching but sound bar needed for movies etc.
