Called customer service and after 20 mi.utes of plugging and unplugging they told us we need to return it to the store. We took it back and got another one which did power on. This new tv was very unresponsive and sometimes it would freeze and power off. This tv was unresponsive. We took it back and bought samsung.

There are many ways to expand my TV watching experience that I have not tapped into yet with the different abilities and internal "smart" operating system. A decent wifi connection is a must to get the full experience this particular Sony TV has to offer.
