On top of being incredibly easy to install, the picture on this TV is amazing. I could not be happier with it. May I also recommend a Sony surround system to compliment this. Its like having a movie theater in your apartment.

Was a little disappointed in the picture for price

I have a Samsung TV and wanted another TV for the living room. The picture on this TV was great as long as you weren't watching live TV. I took it back and got another Samsung. Much better.

I like my new TV. Picked it up from a floor model, significantly cheaper than new. I wouldnt have thought to buy a sony otherwise. I am so far very pleased and am considering a new sony for the living room.

Even though we have been getting bigger and bigger with TV's, Sony has stuck true with the higher quality at a great price. Thanks Sony for the little guys!!

Tried to get geek squad to help with set up issues. Very frustrated with phone contacts. 1 - 1/2 hour wait on phone. Never recommending them. Best Buy salesperson was just fine.

The tv is great but, on some like netflix and YouTube apps the tv dose freeze alot, I called Sony and showed me how to rest it. You have to hold the power button for 4 seconds. Tv good though

I bought this product during the black Friday, it was shipped timely despite the high value and in excellent condition. The quality is awesome and no problem at all after a year of use.

I liked the Sony a lot. Did have a problem with not being able to see Amazon movies. I am an Amazon prime member. It was not until this Sony tv updated again(twice) did it fix the problem. I am glad it got fixed.

Don't buy. Extreme flashlight effect. Hard to tell in store with bright lights, but wait to you get it home. Very dissapointed. Bought 49" Vizio from Sam's club, could not be happier. And it was $200 cheaper to boot.

when we went to Best Buy to purchase a tv we had looked online but was not for sure what we needed. The sales person {Austin] was so helpfull and explained every detail of our purchase.

I love the TV, but the tag said "no missing accessories" and there was no remote. That makes it REAL hard to watch it.

the sales person was very informative, did not rush to sell the product, found out a few things about 4-k. had the t-v- delivered right to our door. would purchase again at Best Buy -

I really like this TV, it detects and configures many of your devices. I had to reset Netflix a couple times, since for some reason it wouldn't connect. 4k movies are great!

This is still my favorite tv of the 2015 lineup, yes it was more expensive than others but the colors and 120 hz native display make it that much better. Very impressive sony

I purchased a cheaper brand and was instantly not satisfied. I took it back to best buy and opted to spend a little more money and am very glad I did. No complaints on this TV.

I was looking both online and in store for a 50"-55" TV to furnish an apartment I just rented. I looked at Samsung, LG and Sony. I wasn't looking to go Oled, since this is just for my apartment, but knew I wanted 4KUHD, since I watch Netflix and movies on bluray most. First thing to mention, is Netflix is offered in 4K but it is a $3 up charge, in case others are not familiar. The picture blew me away! I wasn't overly impressed when I saw in store, and honestly felt about the same quality at a higher price tag. I was wrong! Blew my LG out of the water, and here's why. The LG has an equal quality picture for native 4K content, however the Sony color palate is better, but the upscaling of regular content to 4K was the Sony strongpoint. The sound is fantastic(for a flat panel, no additional sound are etc.) and the remote is perfectly simple and elegant. I suggest if you're a gamer or heavy internet user, to get the Touchscreen remote, but that's just for those situations. Navigation is smooth, and setup is great. Picture is flawless and with the great settings options, I can get true colors for any situation. For the record, I love LG and Samsung products, and of course if you are going Oled or curved they have the edge, but for a flat panel, this is the one. They were flying off the shelf at the store at $899 and I see the price may come down soon, but well worth the investment! Hope this helps anyone like me, who researches, goes online and in store and still on the fence. To me this was a no brainier after I tried it in store. Also easy for anyone new to 4K UHD to get up and running with your favorite format and enjoying what true 4K is all about. No lag with motion flow as well. Overall I never rate a product 5stars, this one has me wanting 6, lol! Buy with confidence. Also I always get the two year geek squad on everything I buy. Have had TV comps etc. go out and they always offer a replacement of equal value, and even sometimes the newer version. Any new electronic device can go out, but bestbuy has always came though! Thank you Best Buy! Also a shout out to the two sales associates that put up with my barrage of questions and demo requests! Thank you Ryan, you were more than patient!

Love the clarity of the TV! Every thing is so sharp! Set up was extremely easy! 50 inch was perfect size for our needs :-)

Have a custom entertainment center and had always worried bout replacing 1st tv that it waa built around. No worries anymore. Perfect fit, picture, and technology!

Great TV, works well, looks good, lots of functionality. Light too, so not difficult to move around. All in all its a great buy - you are paying for it though, $1K all in is a lot of money.
