My 1st Sony HD TV and I love it! Crisp clear color and easy to use!

The picture is great even on non high def channels. It is user-friendly. The wifi is a nice feature.

Easy to hook up for a novice. Excellent quality for the price with sharp images and very good color.

Styling, video resolution, and finish are superb. Netflix loads up quickly and movie selection navigation is effortless. My dislikes are 1) the Netflix account credentials expire periodically, 2) the double circular navigation buttons on the remote control are too close, increasing the chance of selecting a wrong option, 3) content input menu favors a particular satellite TV provider (i.e., DirectTV), and 4) integration of weak internal speaker system (e.g., lacking bass capability). My feature wish is to provide us a shortcut button to toggle between TV speaker and external speakers (I find it inconvenient navigating through the menu to change audio output settings since I don't always use my surround sound system. Perhaps provide the option to auto set external speakers depending on video source like Blu-Ray, etc.). Despite these comments, I am very happy with my purchase and wouldn't trade it for other 4K TV alternatives currently available.

This is by far the best set I have owned. Love the clear picture and color is really really great.

I recently purchased the Sony - 49 Class (48.5 Diag.) - LED - 2160p - Smart - 4K Ultra HD TV - Black. Overall, this is a great television. Set up was simple and the picture is excellent. Sound is also very good. If I have 1 complaint, it's that the tv has more than expected reflection of surrounding light. The tv is on a corner angle, and the screen reflects more of the light from the house window that was noticeable in the store. Overall though, a very good tv.

After reviewing specs and my budget I purchased this TV always a good picture 5.1 sound available with Netflix and select applications not able to achieve dolby digital plus 7.1 sound constantly. Found apps such as UTube don't playback in 5.1 or 7.1 Will have a conversation with the store to make sure everything is set properly on my side the picture is totally awesome. If I get the 7.1 sound solved I will edit my review but 4 stars for good TV picture (-1 for sound.)

When I went to best buy, I was not expecting to go home with a tv. When I saw the Sony 4k tvs, I was amazed by the picture quality. While I was browsing, I saw an open box sony bravia for a great price, and couldn't walk away from it. I love my tv, it's great for movies, games, and practically anything else you would want to do on it.

I'm a big Sony TV fan. I think the picture on their TVs is excellent. I trust their product. I also have 2 other Sony TVs in the house. The only issue with this tv is the sound is not great. I have to turn it up to 40 so I can hear it while I'm watching and doing things around the house. I would deck this TV.

I love this TV. So much better than the Sharp 4K TV I had before hand. The colors and blacks are right on. The app selection with Google TV is pretty awesome. Netflix and Youtube in 4K looks awesome. I just wish I would have gotten the 3D version of the TV. No complaints yet.
