My previous fairly new TV had to be returned & exchanged as the audio system was shot. I received another Sony TV and the sound system on that TV is not very good. Once in the short time I've had this TV it turned itself on as the previous TV did several times in the wee hours of the morning. When it happened on the new TV at least it was during the day. Geek Squad coming today.

Google TV doesn’t interact well with Hulu

This is a Google TV system and it did not work well with Hulu, which is our main TV provider. We ended up returning it and exchanging for Samsung model that works great!

Sony Delivers Again

Well worth the extra dollars over a lower cost brand such as Hisense. One unexpected capability was the quality of the speakers in the TV. I did not plan on buying a sound bar and for a flat screen the speakers are better than most TVs.

Huge disappointment

The picture and sound were great. The setup and remote were easy. All was well until 5 days later when the screen went black though the sound was still was on. After turning the tv off it started flashing red and wouldn't turn back on. Maybe I got a lemon but I seriously regret this purchase and would have returned the tv if I'd had the option to do so. Hopefully the replacement Sony is sending actually functions.

Horrible Experience!

Purchase - through delivery was horrendous and should result in an adjustment to the original purchase price since I had to go to the Best Buy location, repurchase and personally deliver the item myself!
