Open Box, Rough Shape, Still Good
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice upgrade from previous 40", purchased the highest tier of "open box" quality and unfortunately there's some wrinkle to the display layer of the screen. Does not impact viewing from a straight-on viewing angle, but if you're standing off to the side it looks rough.

All was great until the other day when a white horizontal line showed up across the middle of the screen. Still a nice picture, only has a line running across the middle of the screen. Not the quality I expected from Sony.
