    Excellent television. Great upgrade from our Samsung 42" television. Excellent picture and audio. Easy to set up. Price offered by Best Buy was very competitive, and the sales staff was very informative and helpful during the selection process.

    The high refresh rate makes it awesome for gaming. Just make sure to go into your input settings and change each HDMI input to a higher setting to enable 4k 120hz

    We purchased this TV to replace the 12 year old one which we have in our living room in a space that will only accommodate up to a 50” TV. We have always had great luck with Sony products and they last a long time. (The older one is a Sony as well and still works but doesn’t have built-in streaming capability.) This TV is much, much easier to maneuver through than an LG one we purchased for another space last year. The remote control is much more intuitive and since newer TVs do not come with as detailed a manual as they used to that is a tremendous advantage!

    This is an excellent TV. I am impressed with the quality of the image and also with the operative system, very intuitive. 4K and dolby look amazing! Buy it new, if you can, is worth it!

    Good product for the price. Perhaps no fault of Sony but could not connect direct to cable (still had to utilize cable box) and I have to use two remotes. The cable remote to turn on cable box and change channels and the TV remote to turn on TV and adjust volume.

    I bought this tv for my Xbox Series X. To make sure i have all the settings i need to enhance my gaming experience. The picture is clear and crisp. But i did notice this tv does not have 4kUHD which is what i had before. Also the sound on this tv is terrible. Very low and have to turn it to 35-40 to hear it good. No bass in the tv spreaker. Very flat. Also my first purchase i had to return cause tv was damaged. I have a LG TV from 2021 that sounds 10x better then the Sony. Which I’m very surprised at cause I expect more out of sony. Im supposed to feel like I upgraded but instead feels more like a downgrade. Maybe I have to change some settings I’m not sure but at the moment I wouldn’t recommend this tv to anyone.

    Wonderful picture quality. Purchased because I’ve had several Sony products, including tv’s, and you can’t beat Sony for TVs in my opinion. Works really well with Sonos Beam via the ARC connection.

    The first one I got the screen was broken. The replacement works great. The picture looks good. The sound seems ok. Works great with PS5. I haven't been able to get it to read a hard drive.

    Great TV. Colors and picture details are crisp and clear. Only complaint is my sound-bar I cannot hear anymore. He hooked it up for me, but no dice. No sound from the sound-bar.
