Our new tv

NOT happy! When you mark an item open box excellent isn't it supposed to be clean? Took a wet rag to clean it off. The tv seems to work fine, HATE the remote! Can't find the mute button doesn't appear to have one. Hmm? So far it's working great, hopefully it'll work for a long time despite the dirt. We have a Samsung home theater was hoping this tv would work better with it. Still too early to know.

Working with this TV is seamless and the resolution is wonderful for me. My sound comes through a receiver and stereo system so I’ll give it an average for sound because I don’t really know.

The remote is designed with simplified buttons for ease of use and advanced voice control. If you press the "123" button (Control menu) on the remote, it will display a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control including number buttons for channels.
