Should be noted I had terrible service at the Plano store so I drove out to Allen.... Treated nicely and staff was helpful... Very pleased with the Allen staff will never return to the Plano store...

Not Thrilled

My previous fairly new TV had to be returned & exchanged as the audio system was shot. I received another Sony TV and the sound system on that TV is not very good. Once in the short time I've had this TV it turned itself on as the previous TV did several times in the wee hours of the morning. When it happened on the new TV at least it was during the day. Geek Squad coming today.
