    I love this TV. I especially like its internal software which allows me to display every photo, video, and music file I can throw at it. I attached an external solid state drive to one of its USB ports, and all personal content was immediately available and playable.

    Google TV doesn’t interact well with Hulu

    The TV had great picture quality, but we had trouble accessing and using the Hulu app from the TV menu. This is a Google TV system and it did not work well with Hulu, which is our main TV provider. We ended up returning it and exchanging for Samsung model that works great!

    As always Sony provides a high quality product. Well worth the extra dollars over a lower cost brand such as Hisense. One unexpected capability was the quality of the speakers in the TV. I did not plan on buying a sound bar and for a flat screen the speakers are better than most TVs.

    I have had this tv for over a year. The reason why was because I wanted all the specs for my Xbox. The salesperson was really knowledgeable and explained how this was the tv that would meet my needs. Highly recommended.

    I selected this TV after lots of research and based on professional and user reviews. The picture and sound were great. The setup and remote were easy. All was well until 5 days later when the screen went black though the sound was still was on. After turning the tv off it started flashing red and wouldn't turn back on. Maybe I got a lemon but I seriously regret this purchase and would have returned the tv if I'd had the option to do so. Hopefully the replacement Sony is sending actually functions.

    Product quality is excellent. Purchase - through delivery was horrendous and should result in an adjustment to the original purchase price since I had to go to the Best Buy location, repurchase and personally deliver the item myself!

    The TV is wonderful. I love it. The first one did come with the screen completely broken. The screens are fragile and I can't tell if it was packaged with he crack or if that happened in the warehouse. Best buy was a nightmare to try and get a new one. I had the worst experience ever. If you can get it somewhere else, please do.
