So far very nice but I'm still tweaking the settings to my liking. I'll write another review once I decide on what settings are best for my viewing.

Trying to get Best Buy to arrange pickup for the damaged item was terrible--apparently if your TV is under 60", they won't pick up (applies to damaged items as well is their default position). After spending lots of time speaking with reps as the item wouldn't fit in my car and was damaged upon arrival (no fault of my own), it was finally scheduled for pickup. Just wanted to share this experience for anyone looking to order TVs (esp. those under 60") so you are aware.

Unfortunately, the Xfinity app is not natively supported in the Google Play Store of this TV. As an alternative, you may consider connecting an external device that supports the Xfinity app to the available input of the TV or if your phone/tablet supports Chromecast, then you can also use this feature from the Xfinity app to cast your content to this TV. We apologize you've been running into difficulty setting the resolution on your Xbox that is connected to the TV. This TV features 4K at 120Hz signal format, VRR, and ALLM via HDMI inputs 3 & 4. In addition to selecting the Refresh rate to 120Hz, make sure to select the appropriate output resolution on your console as well. When connecting a video game console that supports 4K 120Hz and VRR, make sure to connect the external device (Xbox or PS5) to HDMI input 3 or 4. A Premium High Speed HDMI™ Cable(s) is fine for general purposes, but if you will connect a video game console that supports 4K 120Hz, use the HDMI cable included with the game console, or an Ultra High Speed HDMI™ Cable.

Perfect color right out of the box. I haven't used any of the apps since I watch programs exclusively through my Roku Ultra. I've had Sony televisions exclusively since 1982 and they never disappoint.

Picture in motion looks like a screen door at times, the VRR is poorly advertised, as it's not actually 4k. Android TV is bad enough to where I went back to my old AppleTV, video streaming apps just decide to not load and have to be force closed. Just incredibly disappointed.

If there's pixelation or motion blur on the TV, change the Motionflow setting to off.
Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Motion] — [Motionflow] — [Off].
Change the current setting of [CineMotion] to [Off].
Press the (Quick Settings) button on the remote control, and select [Settings] — [Display & Sound] — [Picture] — [Motion] — [CineMotion].
When connecting a video game console that supports 4K 120Hz and VRR, make sure to connect the external device to HDMI input 3 or 4. Sony is my goto for electronics and this 50 inch 4k does not disappoint. Set up was fast and convenient, and within a matter of minutes the TV found my cable service and was up and running, with the new TV remote capable of controlling all the cable remote inputs. TV even has its own settings integrated to be compatible with PS5 console.

Excellent TV - With One Big Drawback
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was thrilled to get this televison a couple of weeks ago - everything seemed perfect: outstanding picture quality, nice big remote - easy to operate. I was able to adjust the screen size for broadcast TV with ease. I got rid of the box because everything seemed fine and I have no room for a giant box in my condo. I was shocked late in the week when I watched my first Blu-ray and attempted to adjust the picture to eliminate the black lines on the top and bottom of the picture - it was impossible! I contacted Best Buy and was told to update the software. That didn't work, so I contacted Sony twice and they walked me through, trying various things and wasted my time. They finally said it was not possible to adjust the picture size when watching DVD's or Blu-rays on this particular set. Sony sells Blu-ray players! Do they honestly think customers want to buy one of their sets when their own product won't play Blu-rays properly on their set!? I don't stream, use cable or apps. I use my TV for broadcast TV and I watch art and classic movies on Blu-ray disc because the video quality is far superior to streaming. So, I'm stuck with a $700 TV that doesn't do 50% of what I bought it for. Because I got rid of the box - I most likely can't return it. If you watch Blu-rays or DVD's - this TV is not for you!
