Thank you for the 5-star rating! We're really happy that you like the reasonable price, ease of set up, and overall performance of your new X85K. We are so sorry, but there is no numpad on the K series remote control. It has a new standard remote with smaller, sleeker, less buttons and easy to clean. However, the supplied TV remote has 123 (Control menu) button. You can press this button, and it will display a menu on the TV to use button functions that are not on the remote control on the screen so you can easily enter a channel.

Good sound system and I learned that it depends on what you are watching (local channels or streaming) or the application as some programs require you to make sound little louder. Processor is fast and quick response while going up and down the channels or browsing around. While I was running the TV with Pure stream via Bravia core for a while, I noticed it created a noticeable lag every few minutes in picture motion rate, so I turned it off and it's OK now. I was able to pair a wireless keyboard and mirror cast off my Iphone. Unfortunately I could not mirror cast using 2 Android phones which are fairly new. Bottom line: No regrets at all and I actually enjoy watching everything without having to make adjustment to better the picture.

Great TV with ATSC 3.0 Tuner. It’s a Sony!

Great picture, easy to use menu / interfaces and very responsive user interface. This TV also features an ATSC 3.0 tuner, which is the next generation of OTA broadcast technology. That was a selling feature for myself, as we cut the cord several years ago and haven’t looked back. Not a lot of TVs on the market in this price point have this feature, so if you enjoy OTA TV, and are looking to future-proof, this may be the set for you. Picture quality is bright, vibrant and very sharp, like most quality TVs in 2024. This is the first Sony TV I’ve had in many years, and it’s great to see they still make a quality product.

Beautiful picture with great sound. I do have a surround sound system but I've hooked up to it because I already had it, but if I hadn't already had it I probably wouldn't have gone out and bought one because the sound is really good on this TV. The only drawback that I have found is that the feet on it are too close together and my soundbar would not fit underneath the television so I did have to buy a stand. Now I like the stand, and it's swivels so that's all a bonus, but it was an extra $100 that I wasn't expecting to spend.

You will get plenty of HDMI,120hz for gaming, Google TV and a very solid picture. Will it look at good as a LG OLED? No, but unless you're viewing them side by side you won't notice.

As a cord cutter who lives around 60 miles from the broadcast towers I've had hit and miss luck with my other Sony TV. This TV pulls in the signal and somehow seems to lock it in. I don't get that pixelated blocking. The is mind-blowing (to me at least) is the picture quality. Maybe I'm late to the game, but its sharp and crisp like what you see on the store displays. The only thing that's goofy is the slight lag when changing channels and waiting for the signal to get locked in. I'll happily wait two seconds if I know the rest of the show or game will not get interrupted.

It is OK, but the issues we have had is mostly with it rebooting itself right in the middle of watching something. I am guessing its the Android OS updating or something but I will neve by again. Also the remote takes sometimes multiply pushes like sometime 10 to get it to reconginize and do what we want. But it has lasted and does the job. Just very anoying when you in the middle of a game and the screen goes black and the TV is reseting itself. We also added a sound bar because I believe the speakers face backwards on this so you have to really turn it up to her and of course sound bar with wolfer is way better.
