The only two things I wish was better are the speakers, but that's something a soundbar or surround sound system can fix. Also, Google TV can be finicky sometimes, but ultimately wouldn't be a reason to not consider this TV.

Beautiful colors, great features, and has good enough speakers to hear ehats going on without the need to crank up the volume. My only dislike ( which is a preference thing) is the Google TV. I'm a Roku user. But, if I were a Google TV person I'd be in heaven!

Some of the tv set up is a little tricky. You have to have a gmail account in order to get access to all the apps. That I didn’t know. Thought u could have access without. No biggie. Just took a bit to figure that out during set up.

I could immediately tell the difference in both the picture and sound when I used this TV. The picture was clearer and the sounds had more bass to them. My biggest issue with the TV is it's connection to Google.

4k 120 FPS sometimes

Nope. The cable that came with my XSX? Yep. And a $20 aftermarket cable from Amazon did work while a $60 cord also from Amazon didn’t work. Not sure if it’s the TV’s fault or the consoles but the TV picture is still very good regardless. My only issue was the fps.

However, we're sorry to hear if you are experiencing a different results when using a different HDMI cables. Some HDMI devices that output 4K Enhanced format (18Gbps or above) such as 4K 100p/120p require an Ultra High-Speed HDMI cable. Please make sure to connect it to the HDMI 3 or 4 ports of the TV and change the signal format to Enhanced format. You may find these links below helpful on how to experience high quality picture or 4K pictures (60p or 120p) from an external device is not displaying normally on my Android TV:
