Second Sony purchase in the last year and haven't been disappointed. Pefer the Google operating sevice to Roku and apps open quickly and operate smoothly. Perhaps no fault of Sony but could not connect direct to cable (still had to utilize cable box) and I have to use two remotes. The cable remote to turn on cable box and change channels and the TV remote to turn on TV and adjust volume.

To make sure i have all the settings i need to enhance my gaming experience. The picture is clear and crisp. But i did notice this tv does not have 4kUHD which is what i had before. Also the sound on this tv is terrible. Very low and have to turn it to 35-40 to hear it good. No bass in the tv spreaker. Very flat. Also my first purchase i had to return cause tv was damaged. I have a LG TV from 2021 that sounds 10x better then the Sony. Which I’m very surprised at cause I expect more out of sony. Im supposed to feel like I upgraded but instead feels more like a downgrade. Maybe I have to change some settings I’m not sure but at the moment I wouldn’t recommend this tv to anyone.
