Great Lens!

The lens takes awesome pictures and the clarity is remarkable. I used this in low light conditions at concerts and also used it for video and the quality has been amazing.

I shopped around and found this lens and it is everything I need. I just wish it zoomed even farther and clearer and that its close ups panned out to fit everything in without having to switch the lens out.

I,m not a huge camera guy but the camera and the lens together take some great pics. My daughter used this lens to take pics of a school play and it performed flawlessly. she loves it and it travels with the camera all the time. Great lens especially if you get it for the price BB offers in the bundle.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Sony 55-210 mm E-mount lens is a perfect short telephoto lens for the Sony A-6XXX series of camera's. I bought mine as an "open-box" lens from Bestbuy and you couldn't tell it from a brand-new lens. Sharpness and image quality has been excellent in my A-6000. I can recommend it highly. At the price, it is a tremendous bargain.

The pictures were actually pretty great all things considered. A bit soft and a little blurry sometimes for fast motion, but I was able to shoot at least 1/400 at ISO 1200 so not too bad at all. Focus was pretty quick even at maximum tele. For me this was a clear winner vs paying gazillions for the 18-200 super zoom.
