Bought the lens to go with camera wife bought me for Christmas - they work great together - easy to use and I get nice clear pictures!!

I like having the far reaching this lense offers not tact sharp but with photoshop you can correct. This is one of four E lens I have Could'you see paying 1,000.00 for a lense I use now and then.

Lens takes great pictures. Fast focus time while using in Sports mode and while moving in car or bus that is in motion.

Very easy to change. I could do it while walking on the volcano path. It was light weight to hold and great details in the photos.

This lens isn’t as sharp as a Sigma but it does the job for the price. When I’m needing a little more distance in my shot I use this lens.

Good medium long to long shot lens. Just be ready to buy smaller lenses for different shots!

Great lens for the price. I would opt for a 55-300mm if possible (you'll want that extra distance more than you think).

Works extremely well for portrait sessions and weddings because it can zoom in and shoot up close without having to change lenses

I haven't had that much of a chance to use this yet, as it came as a package deal with the Sony Alpha a6000. But what little usage it has gotten, it's done exactly what it needed to. Good for it.

This is a great lens and it takes nice shots. The only issue noticed is that once it is zoomed out , it does not focus good, zoom back in, focus and then zoom out. Overall a nice lens
