I bought this lens as part of a package deal, so I got $200 off. I wouldn’t pay full price for it though. Pictures are not sharp at full extension especially if you are not in direct sunlight. This is to be expected considering the price range.

I love my Sony camera, it is easy to lose and takes fantastic pictures even for an amiture. I never miss a shot of my nieces now because the shutter speed is fast and I can get close up with their sports pictures now with my new lens.

This is a good lens but I am looking for a lens that allows very close macros and zooming in to distance. Unfortunately that lens costs way to much! I just have to use what I can afford.

I have the mirorless emount sony alpha series and this was a great addition to the collection. Easy twist on application and even came with the lense hood.

The Sony 55mm-210mm is a great lens. It has Optical Stabilization built into the lens and it works really well with long range shots. Although the quality diminishes when using it hand held in low light situations. Tri-pod is reccommened. Worth the price, and defitely worth having one in your gear bag.

This is a must have lens for any owner of the 6300 camera. This camera takes fantastic shots from a long distance. I would recommend it to anyone looking to take good landscape shots of nature or cities.

This is a decent lens. It could be faster and should be faster. Sony charges a lot for their lenses and they are typically slower than other comparable lenses. But it is the most affordable zoomer lens they make so it is necessary.

This lens so far has exceeded my expectations. I’m currently using it to record soccer games and a few photo shots out in the city.

this is not a bad lens a little better then the kit lens, if your gonna spend 350$ on this you should just pay a couple more 100 to get the g lens, unless this is your budget, does a good job and focus is quick, but at max zoom its not at clear.

Have had a few weeks, will have a better review when I take on a trip and try to take wide range of photos.

This product should be purchased with the camera I bought. You will be inclined to take so much pictures and this storage is a must. Perfect accessory for my perfect camera.

This is a great lens for sports and general shots of my kids out in the yard. The lens that came with the camera was just not strong enough for many shots. This is my default lens.

When I bought my camera, this lens was discounted and I HAD to buy it. Best Buy's bundling/packaging of products saves me tons of money and I love it! What a great deal for an amazing lens!

Recently bought a Sony camera and picked this up to enhance my photo taking while vacationing. Couldn't be happier with the purchase !!

This was my first lens purchase and something i definately don't regret! Highly recommended for anyone that is starting out and wants to start using a compact system with interchangeable lenses.

And surprise Strohm a magnification this little legs does on the new Sony camera meet my Canon lenses , Would highly recommend this to any new Sony camera that uses the E lenses

I have a more expensive lens but because of size, weight and the capability of this lens - I find myself grabbing this one because it's easier to carry around and does a great job for mid-distances such as a beach trip, hiking trail, graduation party...

Adds much needed zoom coverage when at events such as at NFL or MLB games when sitting in the stands. Or even when watching a loved one perform a singing recital. A bit pricey but gets the job done. At least it's optional so you can keep camera cost to a minimum.

I am need up not using this on my vacation because the lens that came with the camera proved to be sufficient but it will have its future uses I am sure.

Don't go with cheaper lenses for this camera. Stick with the Sony product. The photographs I get with this are amazing! I am in love with my Sony and carry it more than my Nikon.
